Dine like George Washington! The American Independence Center (AIC) is pleased to offer the historic 1775 Folsom Tavern and landscaped grounds available for personal, business and community functions. The expanded use of this building helps raise public awareness and increase appreciation for AIM’s historic structures. All proceeds from rental functions directly support the preservation and growth of AIM.

All event rentals have a two-hour minimum and eight-hour maximum, unless otherwise noted. All events must end by 10 pm. Maximum of 100 guests permitted in Folsom Tavern. The Tavern’s Assembly Room can hold a maximum of 40 seated guests. The Tavern’s Small Meeting Room can accommodate up to 18 seated guests. Tent and equipment rental separate. Due to the historic nature of our building, the Tavern is not fully handicap accessible.
